Last updated: October 24, 2026 Subscriptions You can cancel automatic renewal at any time from Plan & billing; you keep access until the end of the current period. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your first subscription payment and we will refund it in full, provided you have used less than 20% of the period's credits. Renewals Renewal payments can be refunded if requested within 48 hours of the charge and no credits from the new period have been used. Credit packs Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Packs that have been partially used are not refundable. Crypto payments Crypto payments are refunded in the same cryptocurrency (USDT preferred) to an address you provide, minus network fees, under the same conditions as above. Failed generations If an AI generation fails, the credits are returned to your balance automatically.
