Last updated: October 24, 2026 1. The service MistBoost AI is an AI-powered software tool that helps you create advertising copy, creative concepts, images, video scripts and campaign setup guidance. We do not run, manage or buy advertising on your behalf, we do not access your advertising accounts, and we do not take a commission on your ad spend. You publish and pay for your ads yourself on the respective platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.). 2. Accounts You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old. 3. Plans, credits and payments Paid plans give a monthly allowance of credits that resets each billing cycle; unused plan credits do not roll over. Purchased credit packs do not expire while your account is active. Card subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can turn off renewal at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Crypto payments are prepaid for the selected period and do not renew automatically. Payments by card are processed by Dodo Payments (merchant of record); crypto payments are processed by Heleket. 4. AI-generated content Outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to content generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing all content before use, for making sure your ads are truthful and comply with applicable laws and each advertising platform's policies, and for having the rights to any material you upload. We do not guarantee ad approval, performance or results. 5. Acceptable use You may not use the service to create content that is illegal, deceptive, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, infringes intellectual property, promotes prohibited products, or violates advertising platform policies. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to circumvent limits, or harm other users. 6. Intellectual property Subject to these terms and payment of applicable fees, you may use the outputs you generate for any lawful commercial purpose. The software, design and brand of MistBoost AI remain our property. 7. Availability and changes We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI providers may change or become unavailable. We may modify features and prices with notice; price changes apply from your next billing period. 8. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or ad spend. 9. Termination You can delete your account at any time by contacting support.
